George Jinda was my partner in Special EFX from our very beginnings. His passing in 2001 was truly tragic, in so many ways. Here I've borrowed some of his best percussive work from the recording archives and created a special piece in his honor! Miles Davis was no doubt one of George's musical heroes, the Man with a Horn. I dedicate this composition to the memory of my friend, and brother in art, George Jinda.
